What do I actually get?
Private access to our plush supplier shop. After checkout you receive an email with your access link, where you can order curated plush bundles (3, 5, 10 or 20 pieces).
Is the access price the same as buying plushies?
No. Supplier Access is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks the supplier shop. Plush bundles inside the supplier shop are paid for separately.
How fast do I get access?
Usually within minutes after checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it. Still nothing? Email us with your order number.
Do I need experience or a business?
No experience needed. If you resell regularly, check the rules for registering a business and paying tax in your country.
Will I make a profit?
We pick plushies that resellers are interested in, but resale prices depend on demand, condition and where you sell. Profit is never guaranteed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can change your mind within 14 days of your purchase. Contact us with your order number and we'll refund you within 14 days. If your access link doesn't work, we'll fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
